Who can I contact about an order question?

All apparel/gear orders are managed by Letterman Creative Please contact us at orders@lettermancreative.com for all order questions. Courage League Sports is not responsible for orders placed or received and cannot help with order questions or returns.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are made on demand – they are produced custom for your order, when you order. Orders will generally process, print and ship within 7-10 business days – so you should receive your order within 10-15 business days, depending on in-state or out-of-state delivery.

What are your delivery options?

All orders are shipped USPS standard delivery with tracking anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs are as follows - $6.00 for one item, $8.00 for two to three items and $10.00 for four or more items. You will never pay more than $10.00 for shipping, so the more you buy, the more you save!

What if I want to return my order?

All Letterman Locker apparel/gear is custom-made at the time of order. Therefore, no returns are accepted unless there is an incorrect product shipped or a defect with the product. All products are inspected before they are shipped – if there was an oversight in print quality or you received a defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@lettermancreative.com. We will reply within 24-hours of receiving your email.

What types of payment do you accept?

​We accept all major credit cards or PayPal payments through PayPal – you do not need a PayPal account. We use PayPal for all payment transactions, ensuring security and confidentiality of your information.

I have a design (apparel, gear, etc.) idea - can I make a suggestion?

We welcome suggestions for future designs, products or styles! Feel free to submit your suggestions (sayings, apparel types, etc.)** via email (letscreate@lettermancreative.com), and our creative team will consider it for future offerings! **By offering your idea suggestion you are giving Letterman Creative the creative and proprietary rights to produce, market and sell said idea.
